Description:

6” x 15” wide (cutting propagated). ‘Violet Cloud’ is a sterile hybrid, the stunning, deeply-colored violet red flowers are continuous through the heat of the summer months. Plant in a hot, sunny location where the soil is lean and well drained. Water regularly that first season and don’t let it get too dry. Mulch with crushed gravel and plant with other heat loving perennials. If you have good success growing Lavender and various Penstemon, ‘Violet Cloud’ will be a super addition to your garden.

Zones (5?) 6-10

Special Notes:

Plant with Penstemon pinifolius, Calylophus and Lavender.
