Our Plant Guarantee

Our guarantee to our customers is that you will receive carefully chosen healthy vigorous plants that will transplant successfully and prosper. If your plant(s) fails within 90 days of receipt, you may choose to have a credit issued on your account for future orders, a one time plant replacement plant if it is available from our inventory, or a refund. (Shipping charges are non-refundable). Our guarantee does not cover damage caused by severe weather, animals or neglect, which are circumstances beyond our control.

In the rare case you have a plant problem, it is not necessary to return plants that have failed. Just notify us by postal mail, email, phone, or online claim form (see below). Please include your customer and order number from the sheet shipped with your plants. Indicate whether you would like a credit, replacement or refund. We're happy to help you!

Extended Fall Planting Guarantee


Spring and summer transplants have our standard 90-day credit/replacement/or refund guarantee. If your fall transplants (Aug-Nov) fail to make it through the winter, you can choose to have a credit issued, a one time replacement plant (if available) or a refund. Fall claims must be received by May 1, 2008.

Non-Plant Items:


If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, return the item within 30 days for a credit or refund. In the case of fertilizers and similar gardening supplies, returned the unused portion. Shipping charges are not refundable.
